Because the Community House is scheduled to be closed for an extended period of time due to reconstruction, the Board of Directors has approved a change in dinner meeting location to George & Wendy’s Corner Grill on the corner of Periwinkle and Tarpon Bay Roads.
The first dinner meeting scheduled at George and Wendy’s will be May 18th. Depending on the pace of reconstruction, the Board anticipates that all regular dinner meetings will be held at George and Wendy’s for the remainder of 2016.
Member dues will still pay for dinner, as in the past. George and Wendy’s will also provide an open bar with drinks available at discount to attending members and their guests.
Also, in order to hold the line on potential member dues increases, the Board of Directors has voted to reduce the number of dinner meetings during the summer months.
