Thanks to the successful efforts of Lions Nilou Peters and Lisa Cochrane, the Sanibel-Captiva Lions Club ended their 2015 social season on a positive note of Yuletide joy.
This year, the Lions dined amid the tropical ambience of the award-winning Thistle Lodge Restaurant….part of the Casa Ybel Resort.
After slacking our collective thirsts at the Coconuts Poolside Bar and Grill, the holiday revelers repaired to a private dining room overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and an incomparable beach.
Song birds Debi Almeida and Bill Sadd led us in an a cappella rendition of our favorite Christmas songs, insuring that the Christmas spirit remained paramount throughout the evening.
