FRANCIS BAILEY LIONS SCHOLARSHIPS
Each year the Sanibel-Captiva Lions Club offers Francis Bailey Scholarships to qualified students. The scholarships are funded from the Francis Bailey Scholarship Fund. The program is administered by the Scholarship Committee appointed by the President of the Sanibel-Captiva Lions Club and approved by its Board of Directors. The policies governing the club scholarship program and the criteria for the awards were adopted by the Board of Directors on March 11, 1992 and revised May 2007 and July 2019.
